Each of our journals is printed especially for you when you place your order. Because of this made-to-order process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or dissatisfaction with the content or design.
We want you to love your purchase, so if there is a problem with your order, please read the guidelines below.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your journal arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with the following information:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect or damage
Once verified, we’ll happily send you a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Order Errors
If you believe you received the wrong item, please email us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll review your order and correct the mistake as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital products (eBooks, downloads, printable files)
- Custom or personalized journals
- Items returned without prior authorization
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
